Lovely haircut, nice experience, enjoyed my chat, cup of tea, and treat 😊 However the pricing on the app vs real life was a little disappointing - online it states ‘medium’ length hair (a guide would be helpful 🙏) is £50, but when I paid before leaving they tried to charge £70, because they deemed my hair ‘long and thick’. Annoyingly, if I’d have cut the excess off myself and asked for a tidy up, it seems I would’ve been under the ‘medium’ category!
