I was held up for my appointment and I called the salon to say that I would be late 5 minutes before my appointment time. I ended up with an automated service twice that cut me off when it said it would connect me. No one called me back and when I arrived at the salon 30 min late it was closed!! I would like a refund and I won't be booking again.. I am not usually late but I had no chance to explain ( I was doing an emergency operation at the hospital).
