Greetings, I’m Jazzrine, also known as Jazz. I’m a Thai yoga massage therapist and Ayurvedic yoga therapist with a natural gift for nurturing and healing. Although I’ve been practicing professionally for a year, working with the body and supporting others in finding balance has always come intuitively to me - many describe my touch as having “hands of healing.” Before stepping into this path, I spent time caring for children, which deepened my innate ability to provide comfort, patience, and genuine care. Whether through therapeutic touch or simply creating a calming presence, I’m dedicated to helping people feel relaxed, restored, and at peace. My work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel their best physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I believe that by connecting with ourselves on an embodied level, we can become the peace we hope to see in the world. Inner balance creating outer harmony. Honouring the foundations of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, treatments flow through breath, movement and massage, grounding into the present and re-aligning with our felt senses. I’m Amber Rose 🌹 - Bodyworker/ Massage therapist and Creative Director of the Roots.Uprise brand - blending ancient wisdom and the intuitive knowing of the body with a modern pulse. Each treatment is crafted as a one-of-a-kind journey, drawing from styles such as Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Somatic Science, and other holistic practices. Our work is trauma-informed and always individually tailored to the fast pace and unique needs of city life.
Roots.Uprise is more than just a massage service - it’s my way of creating space for growth, education, and community. With a mission to inspire resilience, raise health awareness, and give people the tools to take better care of themselves and each other - creating room for calm, reset, and reconnection.
Sessions take place in a cosy, home-studio where you’ll feel comfortable and welcome. Please make yourself at home - water and toilet facilities are available for your use.
