At Roots.Uprise, I believe balance is an art form. I’m Amber Rose 🌹 - massage therapist and Creative Director of the Roots.Uprise brand - blending ancient wisdom and the intuitive knowing of the body with a modern pulse. Each treatment is crafted as a one-of-a-kind journey, drawing from styles such as Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Somatics, and other holistic practices. My work is trauma-informed and always individually tailored to the fast pace and unique needs of city life.
Roots.Uprise is more than just a massage service - it’s my way of creating space for growth, education, and community. With a mission to inspire resilience, raise health awareness, and give people the tools to take better care of themselves and each other. I create room for calm, reset, and reconnection.
Sessions take place in a cosy, home-studio where you’ll feel comfortable and welcome. Please make yourself at home - water and toilet facilities are available for your use.
