The place was clean but that was the only good thing about it. They used too hot wax even after I told them many times about it, and my skin was bright red afterwards. The atmosphere was awkward and even rude. There was nothing gentle about this waxing and I got a wound too. Will not recommend to anyone and will never go back.

Amazing experience! Super skilful and experienced stuff, had a Brazilian and half leg wax. Pain free and quick and no hair left!

Kari was great at understanding my hair, how I usually style, and what I wanted from the cut. Amazing head massage during the washing and a great cut. She even suggested doing a slightly different blow dry to what I usually do myself which I loved. All the staff were friendly and the atmosphere relaxing. Will definitely return and recommend.

I was so happy to see they had the hard wax option. It's so much less painful than strip waxing- not sure why more places in London don't do the same. It wasn't the most thorough wax I've ever gotten, but still good and, importantly, it was painless and efficient and I am happy with the result.
The products they use to wash your hair are wonderful and all natural. The blow dry was good as well. I would return for sure!
People were very nice and the hollywood was very good. I'll definitely recommend
