Didn't have Naomi although this is who I had requested my appointment with (Naomi was brilliant, see my previous review). The lady who did my wax was lovely and friendly, but her wax wasn't very good. Lots of broken hairs rather than removed at the roots. As a result have experienced stubbly hair regrowth within days of the appointment.

Great consultation and advice for what I knew was going to be a tricky colour - Sereh was amazing and I love what she was able to do!
