First time visiting Root and I can wholeheartedly recommend. Painless and very thorough. Staff were very friendly and I felt at ease straight away. Only fault is the pricing on Treatwell. The hot wax is slightly more expensive than it states on the app.

Therapist was lovely, explained everything that she was going to do and the options available. Underarm wax was great and the Brazilian was really good, only noticed a couple of days later that she’s missed a few hairs, but other than that all good.
