I turned up to the appointment they tried to tell me it was for next Saturday despite showing them my booking. They then had me to speak to a random man on the phone who continued the gaslighting that the appointment was next Saturday even tho I could clearly see it was not and I was the one who booked it. He then said ‘I can’t come’ and ‘even if I could I don’t have the product’ - no apology just tried to make out I had made the mistake. Noticed while there very unclean too.

Roop=one stop shop for hair, eyebrow threading (& presumably other treatments).
My experience for wash & cut was quite disappointing. No music playing. White walls with no pictures/ambience. Wash was rough & hurt at times. Stylist didn't illustrate how much she would chop off. I asked about layers & she agreed. I still don't think there are any. My fringe was cut on the slant &only from the parting to my ear. She offered to dry but finger dried it straight (I have curly hair). Done in 13 mins.
