Visited for the first time and really enjoyed the overall experience would definitely go back again. The staff were very friendly and the place was nice and clean. I loved the little extra touches that they did I.e using a hot towel during the conditioning treatment which made my hair feel amazing. As well as getting a pot of tea and biscuit instead of just a cup. Would highly recommend this place.
I have had my hair done several times within room 104.The staff were very pleasant and friendly towards myself.I was given a magazine and a cup of tea with a biscuit while I waited to be seated,which was a lovely touch .All my treatments on my hair have been done to a high standard.I have no improvements for the shop as I feel they provide an excellent service for their customers.
