I had a terrible experience with my blow-dry at this salon. The stylist’s technique was painful he kept pulling my hair, and the dryer was so hot it hurt my scalp. Even though I asked for wavy hair, he only used a brush and dryer, no straightener or curling iron at all (what hair salon has no such thing?).To my shock, within only 20 minutes my hair went completely straight. When I called him he was rude and dismissive claiming this happened because I touched my hair. Worst blow dry ever!

Best haircut I have had in London for ages. Listened to want I wanted and cut it the way I like it - not as common as you would expect these days. I'll definitely be back!

Really lovely experience, enjoyed that chat and loved the final result, I haven’t had a hair cut in a while and was nervous about it, but all went well, cut was great, blow dry - phenomenal
