Entered with hair that reached my bum even when pleated. Asked for natural balyage.. wanted to brighten it up a bit and asked for a honey sort of tone. Asked for it to stay as long as possible. Instead with a buzzer he cut off at shoulder blade length trying to film a tik tok. Thought it was a joke Spent the remainder of appointment trying not to cry. Have bright chunky ginger highlights and hair shoulder length in a hair tie. Cried repeatedly since. Got the exact opposite of what I asked for

I went in for a wash, cut and blow dry and (as always) I had a great time! Eve washed my hair and it was so relaxing I could have drifted off. Sunnie knew exactly what I wanted and gave some great advice.

Tommy did an awesome job, love my hair and been getting compliments ever since. Salon is cool a cold and very unique design, don't be folded by being in an industrial estate as this salon is incredible and wonderful staff 😀

Beautiful salon, lovely staff & free parking outside the door! First time trying Balayage- Tommy took the time to explain the process & suggest most suitable tone for complexion etc. Daughter was thrilled with result! We will definitely be back.
