My nails came out ok, however the nail tech was very rough with me… constantly pulling and pushing my hands in a rough way to the point I had to ask her to be more gentle with me. I defo wouldn’t go back and I do not recommend… I felt like I was being man handled and i had to pay for this horrible service. If you’re thinking of coming here just don’t. Find somewhere else.

I arrived at the shop and the lady didn’t know I had an appointment. She looked very confused and annoyed. She was doing another lady’s nails and stopped the job to take me over.
I could not communicate with her as she spoke very broken English.
The situation was awkward and uncomfortable for both clients.
I am also disappointed with my nails shape as they’re way to thick. I asked the nail technician to make them thinner but she could not fix it.
