If you are tired of 1 hour massages that last 45 minutes, book a massage here. Ken's number one priority is to ensure that your stress areas are worked out completely. He used a mixture of hot stone, cupping and deep tissue on my (very knotted) back to ensure the best results for me. It is important to make the distinction that he is a massage therapist and not an aesthetician, meaning that he is knowledgeable and understands how the muscle chains interact and what are causes (and remedies) to pain. Very highly recommend.

It was my first time here and was spare of the moment as I work nearby. I had been suffering from problems with my shoulders, so booked in to have the deep tissue hour massage. Ken was excellent, friendly, knowledgable and put you at ease. He gave great advise and really focussed on problematic areas. I would definately book on again and go with the 90 min rather than 60 min next time. I also got full use of the pool, steam room and sauna within the price. Definitely go if you suffer from any sports injuries, highly recommend both this place and Ken. Thank you

Second time here, Ken is welcoming and professional. After asking where I wanted to focus on, he worked well to get rid of knots and tension, great if you do a lot of sports etc. He also gives helpful tips on how to reduce muscle aches (LOTS of stretching!). Definitely returning. You can also find some decent "last-minute" prices.

Absolutely amazing! I won't go anywhere else. Ken always goes the extra mile and provides exceptional service as well as a massage. Very professional. Excellent value for money. Really can't fault this at all. Highly recommend!!!!
