Despite the hiccup in finding the right address, Roksolana was incredibly patient and accommodating to me, adjusting the appointment to the new start time. She was sweet, though it quickly turned into a quiet appointment shortly after the exchange of pleasantries and colour/shaping preferences (not upset, just surprised). I felt a little awkward to speak up later because of this. However, the final outcome was great — a beautiful French pedicure and baby soft toes. The salon was clean and tidy.
