When I arrived the receptionist / beautician wasn’t expecting me and later tried to charge me the full amount. The floor was full of cut hair and the waxing room was dirty with a gap in the window covering , not ideal when having your bikini area done. Felt like I was the one making small talk and she really pressed down on my arm at one point to get wax out of a new wax kit. Will not be returning but would use treatwell again.

Worse haircut in history. I don’t think the hairdresser had any idea how to cut hair. Had to book an appointment in another salon to sort it out. Never going back. Never ever again.

The cut was no frills (as expected) although absolutely fine - but the stylist didn't wash the shampoo out of my hair properly so it was sticky and disgusting! Wouldn't go back.
