Overall result and value was great, but a few comments so people know what to expect: Rokas was busy when I arrived, and despite having a booking had to wait about 15 minutes alongside 2 other people who arrived shortly after me. The hair washing wasn’t particularly comfortable (I think the rubber cushion or similar was missing) but good temperature and water pressure. My cut was simple but well executed, and stylist was friendly. If you don’t expect a luxury salon experience, and leave flexibility for small delays, provides good value for money.
