Utterly shocked and disappointed with the unprofessional attitude and manners of the salon owner. After waiting for 20 min without a simple apology and after a 20 min wash and trim, the owner tried to overcharge me for a service I did not book and certainly did not receive, arguing in the rudest way possible that the appointment type I had picked online was not the right one. Needless to say that was the first I heard of that, after the appointment itself and not during the 20 min I was in the salon waiting. It was the second time I visited the salon and definitely the last. That was the worst I have been treated as a customer in years.
The receptionist / lady who washed my hair was lovely, but my stylist was not overly friendly and did not do a good job of cutting my hair - it was uneven and one side looked different to the other (my hair was feathered at the front). When I got home, I realised that some sections of my hair were noticeably longer such that I had to ask my partner to help me cut it. I know that the price I paid is less than average “London prices”, but I expected a half decent cut. I won’t be coming here again.
