I arrived to store to be told my appointment has been rescheduled and they cannot fulfil my original appointment. I had manicure done instead but it was the worst one I’ve ever had, my nails are different to each other. They are different shapes and sizes and the paint work was a disaster. When I mentioned it the lady was like it’s the look she intended to go for, but I did explain I paid for this so I would like the look to be what I intend to be then it hit 6 as she was like where closed I can’t do no more.
