The treatment was good and Svetlana did a very thorough and clean job, but it was very very cold in the room... with the weather getting colder i would be cautious to be sitting there for more than an hour for a treatment, so hopefully they will improve that. Otherwise it’s very good value for money, I recommend.

I arrived ten minutes early but the welcome was feable and my stylist was 15 minutes late without explanation. Luckily the blow dry was good and thorough
