The treatment was rally good, and the manicurist very pleasant and friendly. The place looked a bit untidy and there was a very limited range of colours to pick from.

I kept telling the hairdresser to not cut off too much hair. However they chopped off half of my hair. I asked for layers and now I'm left with uneven bits of hair which do not blend together. Very upset about the haircut.
