Hair singed during blowdry
Unfortunately the stylist singed a section of my hair at the back and tried to cover up the whole thing even when I asked was everything ok when I smelt burn I was told no don’t worry that’s not your hair and continued to use the faulty hairdryer. I didn’t notice the ten plus inches gone until I washed my hair myself and then went in to ask why they covered up and put flammable hairspray on top. Whilst I know it was not intentional and received an apology and refund the cover up is not good enough and ridiculous, I would not return or recommend this salon and indeed am hesitant with anyone styling my hair I don’t know since this episode.
