Victoria was very professional and personable. She always delivers exactly what I ask for. I gave 3 stars overall only because there was a customer not wearing a mask whilst talking loads and another lady sitting on the couch who was not wearing a mask and I felt very anxious about those.

Vasha works very thoroughly! I liked her!
But the foil and buff that she used were not cleaned before applying them to my nails - there were signs of sawing nails of previous customer. That is dangerous to the health..

Absolutely disgusted with their treatment, sat for 30 minutes before being greeted or notified that my appt was being pushed back 15 mins. If you are of any ethnic origin other than eastern European, I’d avoid this place as you will not be made to feel welcome whatsoever.
The lady who did my nails was amazing, and she is so lovely and sweet but her employers are horrible to her and you can see it affects her.
Extremely disappointed.
