The lady who did my nails was very nice and did a good job. However, I found it shocking to see the owner do someone’s hair colour with no face mask on (neither her or the client). There is nothing set up in the salon to shield the staff from potential covid contamination and vice versa, clients are as exposed too. The salon was cluttered, not very clean and the overall ambience not very appealing. Very limited options when it comes to nail varnish as well.

I kind of feel bad to leave the following review because the lady was nice but in the current time it is just unacceptable... let’s put aside the fact that she had more than 20 mins delay, I had to wait in the small room with the previous client wasn’t wearing a mask, therapist either, nothing has been cleaned in between client (same towel) therapist talking during treatment with mask down...
Only 4 colours available for normal mani,
Mani looked ok in the end but really cleanliness is not ok

It was my first time at Rokas and first facial treatment post the lockdown. Varsha was very efficient with her services. She did the work seamlessly. I would definitely recommend it for face threading services with Varsha.
