When I reached the salon, there was no one to welcome me. I found my way to the waiting area hoping my hairdresser would would come over to see me after finishing her ongoing job. I had to wait 30 mins for my haircut. The haircut was decent, but I don't understand why the salon is taking double bookings when they can't cope with the volume.
