I had waited a week to get my hair cut by Jurgita, when I arrive a man from the salon comes over tells me to sit down and asks me how I want my hair. I tell him I didn't book with him, to which he responds, I can't get my hair cut by her because she is with other clients, if I want my hair cut by her I have to wait a very long time. So eventhough I book for a specific time and for a specific person, it apparently doesn't matter. The cut was terrible and I walked home wearing my hat. Never again.

Victoria the hair stylist, her behaviour was not good. I haven't got the desired haircut. I showed haircut photo to Victoria and she was quite confident to do the same haircut but at the end the cut was far from what I showed to her. She started making excuses and speaking in her own language (not English) to the other colleague. My hair was extra long still she was not able to give a nice hair cut and she also did not cut the bangs properly.

She was at lunch when I entered the Salon so I was surprised
not to be acknowledged by other staff with a hello or good afternoon.
