The lady refused to do my hair. Wasted my time & everyone was horrible there. No apologies whatsoever, they even had a little child working there. I would not recommend this place. I don’t think they know how to run a saloon. Customer service is outrageous.

I find it a bit strange that not one of the stylists whilst I was there sat down with their customer and discussed what hairstyle they wanted before washing their hair. You get taken straight to the sink and only after get asked about what style you are after. I’ve never had this experience before.
I asked for a basic trim in the end because I missed out on this experience which I usually have at hairdressers discussing options and suggestions. Good for a basic straightforward cut.
