Anca is nice and polite but I am really disappointed with the result I wanted some other look but it dint turn out well and not even close to what she said during the process, I understand the complicating process of balayage and thats why I was patient but the end result was very bad.... I expect from an professionals to know what would be the result after you apply some
color on dark here, what she told
me dint meet the expectation... I am really disappointed!
