I went on my appointment and was told the colour I want is not in stock, Anca did apologise and said I will receive a discount for the trouble and for me to come back and colour my hair when it is in stock, I went in today and got it done but didn’t receive any discount :( It’s very hard for me to find time to go to a salon so having to go in twice and sort babysitting twice for my child it would have been nice to get something for all the trouble. Anyways Anca as usual did an excellent job.
