I always have a good experience at Roka salon.
Anca is great with haircut, she always makes me happy and my hair looks so healthy after I have been to Roka.
I highly consider the salon, and Anca is also very friendly and let you feel comfortable.

I booked an appointment hoping to lighten my hair (nothing extreme, just a few shades up). In the end, my hair ended up looking pretty much the same except my roots being brighter than the rest of hair. Nobody said anything until I pointed it out and asked for my roots to be darkened, after two applications of hair dye it was still not 100%. I was not explained why and what happened until the very end - I’m not very happy with my appointment.
