Only used bleach for my highlights and so looked werid with my brown hair. Had to get a toner from another place and then a haircut to fix the pattern that the highlights was done. They spoke in there own language which I found extremely uncomfortable. They charged me extra for a toner that done nothing to my brass of the highlights.
