wash, cut & blow dry. I’ve been under stress lately and hair has been shedding/I have a lot less than usual. I relayed this but was taken straight to have it washed, no questions of what I wanted. No product put on hair before drying and brushed it straight from wet, was agony with the knots! My hair was pulled so hard I had to say something. One side of my hair is now longer than the other. The whole experience was poor. It was so rushed, the salon was not clean. Never again.

Highly recommend a men's haircut with Lawa. He is thorough, attentive, friendly and professional. While haircuts for me are usually just another monthly chore to get done, Lawa unexpectedly made it a great experience that makes me look forward to the cut. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the right haircut and style, and also provided a short head massage as well as fragrances. I hope he'll be able to keep this up. Thank you again Lawa!
