The overall haircut & colouring experience was generally good. However, the master who worked with me didn't manage to cover me properly when dying my hair. As a result, the colouring agent completely ruined my clothes. This was extremely frustrating — I lost my favourite shirt and jacket.
I was not happy with my Blow Out that I had done. I was charged an extra £7 on top of what I already paid through treat well to have loose waves done which the girl was terrible at. She used a flat iron to curl my hair but clearly did not know how to properly style the hair with it. I had to go home and fix it because it was uneven from sided to side in the front and my hair fell out within 30 minutes. I will not be going back to this estabilishment.
Absolutely atrocious experience. The people at the salon were not expecting me and because of what I can only assume double-booking I was assigned a different barber. I did not get his name but while the guy appeared to speak decent English he did not at all understand or follow any of the requests for my haircut and just did his own thing, seemingly rushing to get me out of the way for another customer. I did not end up getting a wash because the sink looked disgusting.
