Just had the worse experience in my life! The lady made me bleed everywhere. She simply told me it was finished when there was so much wax still on my skin. She wasn't even attempting to clean that up! You're supposed to make it snappy and quick, but she did a few attempts for each patch which made it extra painful and that's why Im bleeding so much. She should be disqualified from this job!!!!

I have been regular to get my hair done here because of the friendly staff, hair wash is always on point, excellent experience in curly hair blow dry shows it looks great thank you, would highly recommend.
