Jurgita took the time to do a thorough job. She was efficient and the price was reasonable, I would happily go back for the same cut in a couple months.

3 minutes late to our appointment but our hairdresser had already started on someone else. He had done a lot more than what you could do in 3 minutes meaning he had already started before we arrived. Not only this, there was no acknowledgement that he would finish up soon or apology for having started on someone else. He didn’t even look up & say hello. We waited about half an hour then someone else turned up & said they were late because they were in a meeting. Customer service needs improving
