In recent years, I visit Roger every time I am down in London for a deep tissue massage. I have taken on a challenging job and the massages are an effective way to ease out all the stress, reset myself and work on being in my body differently. The massages can be intense, and as I find Roger open and easy to talk with, its always ok. His firm and skilful approach means I leave the session in such a state of relief and renewed vigour!
