About

Thanks to acute lower back pain in 1982, Roger discovered Hellerwork Structural Integration & went on to train in California in 1983. Since then he has been in continuous full time practice in Central London pioneering this kind of work & delivering his systematic courses of deep tissue Bodywork & movement education to thousands of people. Along the way he wrote his book ‘The Owners Guide to the Body (1999), trained as a Shaw Method Swimming Teacher (2006) & has amassed vast practical experience in helping clients accelerate their development, improve their posture & use, overcome body related issues & integrate mind & body
