Rockalily's has a great atmosphere and the staff are lovely, but I found the Men's Haircut an odd experience. The staff didn't wash my hair before cutting, and despite giving what I felt were clear instructions clippers were used to cut parts of my hair occasionally. The haircut was ok, I would put it in the £20 range rather than the £38 RRP. Not sure I'd return.

My hair was frizzy and untamed within 30 mins of leaving the salon. Felt my blow dry was rushed, especially as it was a 45min booking and was done in 30mins. I have long curly hair, so it generally takes longer than usual. The lady who did my hair was quite rough and aggressive, and it was actually an unpleasant experience.
