I had high hopes when booking my haircut appointment as of the good reviews.Though I was very disappointed, both with the professionalism of the establishment and the haircut itself. First of all, there had been a mix up in the system and I was double booked and asked to wait 45 min for my appointment. When I came back after 50 min, I was seated while the hairdresser was cleaning up. When it was my time to sit down and have my haircut, then both hairdressers decided to have a photo shoot together, right in front of me, even though I had already waited 60 min for my appointment to take place. I patiently waited and was then finally seated.
The haircut was very average and not enough of the ends were cut off for me to keep my hairstyle and for it to look fresh. Another girl that was having her hair coloured at the same time, turned out to be really disappointed with her colouring and let her hairdresser know that it wasn't what she had asked for. The response she received was that she had explained it too vaguely. When the hairdresser received the colour feedback she turned over to the women that were cutting my hair and started whispering about it, in a space that small whispers are of no help and both me and the girl with the colouring heard everything - not very nice at all.
All in all, it was a very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I won't go back and will instead opt for a place where the customer is placed first.

They were extremely caring and nice! My haircut turned out to be exactly what I wanted and I got a great deal :) staff was super lovely and suggested what was best for me ending in a happy costumer 10/10 would go again and definitely recommend
