This was my first time having my hair professionally dyed so I was quite anxious. B was incredible from the word go. We spoke about what I wanted and what would be best for me, which put my mind at ease. We had good banter and I ended up with a look I wasn't expecting but I now totally adore. They took my wants and needs into account and really understood what I wanted. I'm really excited to go back to experiment with new styles! Thank you B.
