B took special care of my questions and concerns before moving forward with the cut. She would check time to time if the length and style were going to the right direction. She also offered the possibility of making some adjusts if something I didn't like about the cut after going home. Very happy with the result!

I was made very welcome. I my wishes were completely understood and every step was thoroughly explained to me including maintenance and after care. Jay instilled complete confidence in me ( I have had some bad cuts in the past) but she did everything perfectly. The other stylists were helpful and professional too. Also lovely coffee. I walked out of the salon very happy with my new hair. I will definitely be back.
