I've said it once, and I'll say it again, Katelyn is an absolute colour wizard. She's absolutely nailed this icy grey I wanted, and it looks so much better than I ever could have imagined. She's so friendly, and so talented, it's just such a pleasure to get my hair done and to have my hair in her expert hands. Would recommend 200%
