I attended this appointment with no clear vision of how I wanted my hair to look after styling. Jay has a very easy going manner and I felt able to discuss my thoughts. Jay listened and was able to suggest a style which I agreed too and this involved a razor. Jay demonstrated her cutting ability and I left the salon feeling very happy with my new hairstyle. Five stars for Jay.
