From the get go, everyone was so welcoming. I walked in looking to book a consultation, and they did it then and there! Jodie was amazing. She took note of what I wanted, and on the day of styling she took another look at my hair and decided a different approach would be better. And she was right! My hair is exactly what I wanted. She talked me through every step, so I always knew what was happening. She also gave me aftercare tips, and showed me how to use the products. Overall a great experien
