I particularly went in for extraction which I explained to the therapist. She did a little but not nearly as much as required. Otherwise the facial was quite good, the products were of a very good quality but I was freezing cold for most of the time and there were long periods where nothing went on eg, when the face was being warmed by the steam. Normally during this time top-class therapists will provide a hand or foot massage but in this case I was just left lying there. I think for the price if you want a deep clean you will get it but extraction was advertised and there was so little of it that it was almost negligible. For me it was disappointing.

Rita was great - it was much more than just a face massage , it was an intense deep clean and i will be making it a regular appointment. highly recommended for anyone who commutes and has blackheads or clogged pores.

I had another fantastic facial with Rita, who is welcoming, pleasant, friendly and very thorough. I was so relaxed I fell asleep at one point. I would definitely recommend this.

I came here for a dermalogica deep cleanse facial. I was standing at the corner of the building unsure of where to go, but quickly found Rita kindly waiting for me inside the entrance of the building. The facial was thorough and a relaxing experience. Rita is a very warm lady who has been doing facials for years and great to talk to. The treatment room is a single room in an office building, but is completely fine. It was quiet, relaxing and cosy. Rita even allowed me extra time to sleep. Strongly recommend a visit!

Does exactly what it says on the tin. At last a truly comprehensive facial with a beautician who cares about carrying out all stages of the process including steaming and a thorough extraction. I find this is often overlooked in London in favour of a quick succession of masks & moisturisers with little or no time for dealing with impurities. It's an odd location on the ground floor of an office building, however beautician Rita's gentle manner and professional attitude manage to create a welcoming environment. I'll be back.
