I treated myself to a Shellac manicure for the first time and it was such a relaxing experience! The beautician, Rita, was very laid back and easy to talk to. It felt like I had known her for years! Rita explained each step as it was my first time with Shellac so I was quickly put at ease. The room was well equipped, with a good selection of colours.
Finding the venue could be easier if 'Lenta Business Centre' was emphasised as the building name rather than 'Rock Chic Beauty' as I was looking everywhere for Rock Chic Beauty! I passed this on to Rita, she's open to feedback as she strives for customer satisfaction.
I shall return soon!

although this place wasn't exactly a spa setting, i really enjoyed my facial here. the lady was very professional and throughout my treatment told me what she was doing and which products she was using. will definitely be coming back. thanks!

I had the deep cleanse facial and Rita, the therapist, was really friendly and chatty. She did extraction and the facial was very relaxing.
