It's an unusual location, hidden in a business / office centre. Although it's small, it's clean. Rita is professional, lovely person who makes sure that you are comfortable and relaxed. Overall I was very happy with the service, I received a great treatment while feeling in ease. I will go back again.

I have been to spas and salons all over the world and Rita is by far the most amazing Beautician I have ever experienced. Her skill set is unmatched. She is gentle, efficient, and does beautiful work. She could easily be working at a high end salon anywhere in London making a ton of money with her skills but remains in the Waterloo area doing high end work for a very reasonable cost. I would recommend that anyone wanting any kind of beauty treatment go to see her because soon she will be working in a 300 pound an hour salon somewhere, I'm sure, with her skill level!

Other Nail Extensions & Overlays
Really lovely lady, attentive and positive. However; the room is tiny and rather crammed which must make it rather difficult to create the right ambience for massages and like treatments. Rita is professional and really nice though.
I was wondering how does a back massage look like considering both of the massage beds are actually against the wall so there is no way of walking around the person.

Great value for money, good quality extraction and facial! Rita is nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend. Very central too.
