The therapist was professional and worked efficiently and was very friendly making me feel at ease. The ambience and experience could certainly be improved by some relaxing music playing and also the door was open so you could hear the receptionist outside talking to the delivery men which was distracting. The pedicure was lovely and she did a beautiful job on the nail colour painting which I was very happy with.

It was really professionally done and I left satisfied. It was a full hour, including 5-10 mins of a nice massage. I would recommend it.

This is the place I've been looking for such a long time! Living in London I had to put up with the policy of not performing extractions whenever I had a facial; the last two facials I had the beautician said she would perform extractions only to say in mid-threatment that I really didn't need them or that she was afraid of leaving marks on my skin. As a result, I stopped going for expensive facials that didn't really purify my skin until I digited the words 'extractions' and 'facial' and Rock chic beauty came up! Well women, these were 35 quid greatly spent, Rita is a lovely friendly lady who will get on the job without wasting time. She's very prepared and confident, she will give you all your skin needs included the extractions and guess what? my face was of course full of blackeads as I thought! This is not a place where they give you a pedicure with a smell of flowers around you and sweet music, this is a no- nonsense place, eccellent value for your money and you will get a neck and shoulder massage at the end. A couple of days after the facial my skin peeled off a bit so I called Rita that very politely explained to me that was normal and to keep apply a bit more mousturizer than usual. But after 4-5 days I had a wonderful surprise in store for me, a new, healthy-looking ,bright, toned and blemish-free skin.... this is the best facial I ever had!!! Will go back again and again and definitively reccommend it. I'm not the type who writes reviews , this is the first review I write ever, but thought really worthy to share with you all.
