The therapist was nice and the treatment was relaxing. The extractions weren't too painful but I did break out afterwards.

Great facial as always - hard to find decent extraction facials around London. Rita was attentive and explained each step of the way. The quick face and shoulder massage was a nice touch!

One-woman band Rita is lovely and really knows her stuff. Thoroughly professional and did a really good job (I had a surgical pedicure). Only downside is that it's a slightly strange experience as her "salon" is a small windowless room in a Lenta Business Centre but do not let that detract from her capabilities.

The lady, Rita?, did a very good facial. I've never had extraction before, so it was a big surprise! She did mention that it might hurt a big and that I may turn a bit red, but the treatment really sorted out my skin and has looked the clearest it's ever been. The treatment takes place in like an office room, so it's not spa-like, but the lady does great facials.
