Had to go to the Holborn branch due to illness fro the beauty therapist at the Waterloo store so this is based on Holborn. The pricing was very good value for London and the customer service I received was good/friendly. The room had a nice atmosphere with candles and music setting a relaxing environment but generally it's a bit makeshift because the location was temporary and shared with another (travel/money convertor) business (so it can be hard to find at first). Happy with price and service. Would go back for sure.

I was waxed by a different lady than my previous visit but I was just as pleased by my wax and the experience as I was on the other visit (obviously was good the first time if I went back!).

The location is a slight surprise, being an room in an office block. There was no one on reception, so as a first timer it is a bit confusing upon arrival. The beautician and wax experience was professional, thorough and value for money.
