I've been visiting Rita for a long time and always really enjoyed my facials. I was surprised last time when I arrived to be greeted by a new member of staff. However Maria was also great - with an emphasis on relaxation over a lot of pain which is always nice. I will definitely return especially as the location is so handy.

Had to go to the Holborn branch due to illness fro the beauty therapist at the Waterloo store so this is based on Holborn. The pricing was very good value for London and the customer service I received was good/friendly. The room had a nice atmosphere with candles and music setting a relaxing environment but generally it's a bit makeshift because the location was temporary and shared with another (travel/money convertor) business (so it can be hard to find at first). Happy with price and service. Would go back for sure.

I was waxed by a different lady than my previous visit but I was just as pleased by my wax and the experience as I was on the other visit (obviously was good the first time if I went back!).
